Fun with Ferns ("we," "us") runs funwithfernscolorado.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it. We keep it simple.

What we collect

• Info you send us. When you fill out a form (plantscaping, plant sourcing, or contact), we collect what you enter, like your name, email, phone, and any photos you upload. We use it only to reply to you and provide the service you asked about.
• Newsletter signups. If you join our newsletter, your email is saved in our Square customer directory so we can send you updates. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.
• Purchases. Payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card details. See Square's privacy notice.
• Website analytics and ads. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use our site and to measure our ads. These tools use cookies and may collect info like your device, browser, pages visited, and actions like clicking a ticket button.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our Google account (Google Sheets and Google Drive) and sent to our email. Newsletter and purchase info is stored in Square.

We don't sell your info

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Your choices

• You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the info you've sent us by emailing hellofunwithferns@gmail.com.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt out add on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
